This is the second of the full size works that I'm doing.

My focus for this project was to produce small, affordable work in watercolor. That was last year.

I'm still mining my photo albums, computer images, boxes and folders of prints and slides for the images. I've got years, decades of travel photos from familiar and foreign lands, stacks and books of sketches, and the odd painting or two that held promise but needs an extreme makeover. As the weather warms, I'll move out into the field for more en plein aire work.
